Air Driven Hydraulic Power Unit

Choose an air driven power unit for portable and stationary applications. All units are assembled and ready to use, saving you the time and money you would spend selecting, assembling and testing other supply systems.

HSU Series

HSU-1100

• Standard unit for general use.
• Components include S-216-J-()-SS pump, air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, air Shut-off valve, muffler, liquid bleed valve, air pressure gauge, liquid-filled pressure gauge with quick disconnect fitting.
• Steel powder coated base has four mounting holes.
• Available as HSU-1102 with the addition of a by-pass circuit that allows quick fills you’re your inlet source.

HSU-1101

• Compact power unit has same components as HSU-1100 with the addition of a three gallon(11.4 liters) stainless steel reservoir.
• Reservoir is fitted with filter-breather-screen assembly, suction filter inline to pump, and sight Glass to show liquid fill point.
• Base flanges of reservoir have four mounting holes.
• Designed to improve suction capability of higher ratio pumps and eliminate dry start-ups.

HSU-1200

• Compact, lightweight unit for general use.
• Occupies slightly more than one cubic foot of space and weighs six lbs. (2.7kg) less than HSU-1100.Components include S-216-() pump, air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, air shut-off valve, muffler, manifold, liquid bleed valve, air pressure gauge, liquid-filled pressure gauge with quick disconnect fitting.
• Stainless steel base has four mounting holes.

HSU-1300

• Sturdy, portable unit with 15" square tubular frame for general use.
• Components include S-216-() pump (ten ratios), air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, muffler, manifold, liquid bleed valve, air pressure gauge, liquid-filled pressure gauge with quick disconnect fitting.
• Dual gauge set-up available.

HSU-1400(With A Paperless Recorder)

• Tubular sealing unit with four base trucklers for extreme portability
• Hydro gauges, valves and pump regulator all panel-mounted.
• Fitted with paperless recorder and mini printer.

HSU-1500(Standard Unit for General Use)

Air-operated piston pump mounted on tubular frame with wheels for extreme portability.
Hydro gauges, valves and pump regulator all panel-mounted.
Output pressure adjusted by setting air pressure regulator to pump. The maximum flow output up to 10L/min, the top pressure up to 164 MPa.
Be applied to all kinds of testing system.

HSU-1500D(Dual Pump)

Dual pump unit
Hydro gauges, valve, pump regulator all panel-mounted
Output pressure adjusted by setting air pressure regulator to pump.
Dual pump design available for both high and low pressure output. Fulfill the extreme high and low pressure as required.
Low pressure, big flow; high pressure, small flow. Meeting the requirement for quick filling.

HSU-GJC(Big Volume Power Unit)

Applied for testing the big flow tubing ,vessels and other components with high set pressure.
Max pressure up to 1380bar
Three magnification ratios: 45:1? 65:1? 200:1
Widely services for ships, submarine and oil field etc.
Various valves, regulators and pressure gauges mounted on the panel allow users to read the pressure and control the pressure easily. All the inlets and outlets are placed in the back side. Another gauge port is available so that users can exchange the gauges as required.

HSU-1440-JD6.8(Charging Unit)

Features: Easy operation, good performance, mass flow, a wide range of applications
1.4MPa maximum air driven
7MPa maximum pressure output
Can be used to refill extinguishant Halon or refrigerating fluid etc.

HSU-2000(tubing testing unit)

Operating floor and testing box are a integrated design

HSU-440-JD6.8 (Charging Power Unit)

This unit is widely serviced for filling liquid or the mixture of air and liquid: oil, water, refrigerating fluid, liquid extinguishant(Heptafluoropropane, trifluoromethane,liquid co2 etc..),most corrosive chemicals and low lubricating liquid and other test like low pressure hydrostatic testing for industry
